Things you will need:
A Modded XBOX (To transfer Game Save Hack to Memory Card)
An Unmodded XBOX with an XBOX Live Tab (If it doesn't have a LIVE Tab, just run XBOX Live on an original XBOX Live game and it will update your dash with an XBOX Live Tab).
MechAssault Original Game
Memory Card
1 XBOX Controller
Internet Connection (Cable/DSL etc)
Computer
FlashFXP
MechAssault Game Save Hack
EVO-X
Phoenix Loader
XBOX-Saves Manager (Can obtain from http://www.xbox-saves.com/index.php?category=manager)
Knowledge of FTPing into your XBOX Console

*NOTE* MAKE SURE you have an XBOX Live Tab before doing this.
*NOTE* MAKE SURE you delete EVERYTHING you have on your XBOX Hard Drive dealing with MechAssault.
*NOTE* You WILL NOT get banned from XBOX Live using this Audio Exploit. But when the new update for
*NOTE*XBOX Live 2.0 comes out, no one knows what could happen there.
*NOTE* Edit the evox.ini files in Evo-X, Phoenix Loader, and MechAssault Game Save Hack before doing this, to match your current network settings.
Basically what this Audio Exploit does is it will boot Evo-X on your XBOX through an Audio CD.

Things you won't be able to do after you do this:
Copy songs to your Microsoft Dashboard (You can still copy songs to XBOX Media Player tho)

Things you will be able to do after you do this:
Almost everything you can with a modchip :)

1st Things first, you need the tools. You need EVo-X, Phoenix Loader, the Game Save Hack of MechAssault, and XBOX-Saves Manager.

Now you have the tools, the next thing to do is Connect your Modded XBOX to PC using XBOX-Saves Manager. Put in your XBOXs IP, user and pass. Connect to it. Once your in, you will see all of your game saves currently on your XBOX on the left side. Now click on Saves on the top, and then Open Zip, and locate the MechAssault Save, and open it. It will show it on the right side now. Then highlight the MechAssault Save on the right, and then click the Arrow pointing <-- It will now transfer the MechAssault save to your XBOX.

The next thing to do is Boot up the modded XBOX with a memory card in the controller, and go into Memory and then Hard Drive. Locate the MechAssault Game save, (It should be 74 Blocks, Saying Run Linux.
That should be the ONLY thing in your MechAssault Game Save. Next, copy that Save to the memory card.
(You only have to do that part once, the copying from PC to XBOx Hard Drive to Memory Card, you can just always keep that save on the Memory Card if you ever do this again).

Now you have the MechAssault Game Save Hack on the Memory Card.
Boot up the Unmodded XBOX, go to Memory and then into the Memory Card. Copy the MechAssault Game Save Hack onto the XBOXs Hard Drive. Make sure its there and only that Game Save. Remember to delete anything else dealing with MechAssault except for the Game Save Hack.

Now, Boot up the Original Copy of MechAssault on the Unmodded XBOX, and go to Campaign and then Run Linux Save. You are now in Evo-x / Linux. If you configured the evox.ini files correctly to match your network settings like mentioned earlier, you should be able to connect without messing with any network settings on here.

Open up FlashFXP, put the IP address of the XBOx in, (says the IP on screen) Login and Pass is "xbox".
Know, if you did it right, you will be connected to the Unmodded XBOX and see the contents of it.
Theres usually a C, D, E, F, X, Y, Z and sometimes even an H drive in there. Enter the C Drive, and copy over Evo-X into the MAIN dir of the C Drive. Then Enter the E Drive, and copy all the contents of the Phoenix Loader to the E Drives MAIN dir. Your done.

Now reboot the XBOX, put an Audio CD in, and when it starts playing, hit B, then go to COPY, then over to COPY again, then hit A, then hit A once more. If you did it right, it should take you to Evo-X.

Now, you can totally configure Evo-X to your likings, which is not covered in this tutorial. There are alot of Great Evo-X Tutorials on www.xbox-scene.com on how to configure Evo-X to your likings. That is it folks.
