When i was looking around Xbox scene for a mod for the LED on the front i found three different ways I found all those ways a lil to hard for the newb like me :)

1.Open up your box and get to the front panel where the PCB(Printed Circut Board) is with the power/open buttons are and the LEDs are
2.see the 9 wires on the board there should be numbering on the board of 1 and 9 you will have to count them yourself
3.pull up wire 8 and 7 and then switch where they were located
4.do the same thing with 5 and 6

5.make sure u push the wires all they way down when putting them back in
6.connect everything outside the box to make sure it werkz
7.congratz youve made ur light red!
