I
will not
be responsible
if you
screw
your Xbox
following
this tutorial!
It worked
for me
and for
other
people
on the
forum.
You’ll
need:
-
Two
screwdrivers
to open
your
Xbox
(TORX
10 &
20).
- Some
acetone
to clean
the
board
- A
pencil,
or if
it don’t
works,
a conductive
ink
pen,
or a
rear
window
defogger
repairing
kit.
You’ll
not be
able to
do it
on a V1.2/V1.3
Xbox,
because
the two
points
to link,
are like
the d0
point,
you have
to put
a wire
between
these,
or some
solder.
You can
try, since
I don’t
have any
V1.2/V1.3.
It’s
not recommended
to work
with a
pencil
since
it will
not be
flawless.
And you’ll
be able
to flash
it just
once or
twice,
or maybe
the connections
will be
lost while
flashing
your TSOP.
It’s
highly
recommended
to use
a conductive
ink pen,
or a defogger
repair
kit.
First
of all,
you have
to open
your Xbox,
and pull
out the
mainboard
(follow
the tutorial
here,
by XanTium).
You have
to clean
the points
to rely.
Those
points
are the
same points
as for
TSOP flashing
with solder.
(Tutorial
is here).
Clean
them with
acetone,
or alcohol.
Then,
link them
with your
pencil,
your pen,
or your
defogger
repairing
kit.
Then
you can
go on
EvoX,
and flash
your TSOP
without
any problem,
like if
you soldered
the points!
Now follow
the tutorial
here
(Credit
goes to
sharpie00!).
If you
find a
way to
make it
works
on a V1.2/V1.3
Xbox,
drop me
a line
on the
forum,
