This is a port of the game

This is a port of the 2D platformer Amphetamine. Pretty good stuff.
A port of the Asteroids - an old arcade game made by Atari - to Xbox has been released.
The package includes full sources aswell.
In the years after Star Wars(info), anything involving outer space, speedy interstellar craft and dangerous battles was considered golden. Into this arena of sci-fi fantasy came Atari’s Asteroids, one of the most enduring hits in video game history. Atari’s recipe for addiction consisted of the following: one screen, five buttons, one ship, a few UFO’s, and several ship-smashing asteroids. Smack dab in the center of the action was your triangle-shaped spacecraft, adrift in a sea of space rocks. The Blasting large, slow-moving asteroids turned them into two medium-sized, speedier asteroids. Another blast at the medium asteroids split them into small, fast-moving asteroids, which could be vaporized with one more shot. Thus, if you started firing wildly into fields of big asteroids, you would likely end up in an even bigger mess than you started with, facing a swarm of tiny, zippy asteroids. The controls allow you to rotate left and right, thrust, warp into hyperspace, and most importantly, to fire your blaster at the rocky menaces. For a generation of video game addicts, Asteroids will always mean simple graphics, stressful and addictive gameplay, and dreams of high-scoring glory.
Atom-X is a basic puzzle/strategy game.
If you have played Tetrinet you should have a big head start. I assume you know how to play regular Tetris.
This game is Tetris with weapons. For each line you clear, a block with a letter on it will appear in your field.
These lettered blocks are weapons and can be used on your opponents or on yourself (some of them are good).
When you clear a line that has a weapon in it, that weapon will go into your inventory.
To use the current weapon on an opponent (or yourself) you press the button that appears above their field (A, B, X, Y).
You can change which weapon is current by using the right thumbstick.
The game decides how many people are playing based on how many controllers are plugged into the xbox.

Connect4 for xbox with network support.
Dead Babies X is a homebrew xbox game based off of an elaborate practical joke based off of one hell of a weird SNES puzzle game. The game itself is simple and isn't meant to be taken seriously, but hopefully it can provide at least a few minutes of entertainment for you. The game itself was written as a school project (think high school here people) and within class time constraints to meet a certain level of quality.

Alternatively, the 'Ultima Collection' already contains a
pre-installed version of U7.

It was a college project on WinXP, DirectX9. It was finished early, so author got bored and decided to port it (1P only) to Xbox. The port was very rough and ready (<4hrs).
Complete sourcecode has also been released.
This is a port of the game OpenGlad which is itself a port of an old DOS game called Gladiator. It's like Gauntlet and an action-RPG. It supports up to 4 players playing competitively or cooperatively.
You start off with $5000 which you use to buy troops (soldiers, barbarians, elves, ghosts, etc). You can also spend extra money to increase their stats. After you have bought some troops, you can start the game. You have manual control over one of your troops and the rest behave via AI. You can switch between members of your group, too. The objective is to clear each board and progress through all 99 levels.
Destroy a fleet of alien invaders, blast open power ups, and save the earth in this off beat vertical shooter. The action takes place top down as you blast your way through 4 action packed levels of shooting mayhem. Do you have what it takes to be a Hero of Roswell?
Game Features:
-4 Intense Levels
-4 Unique Regular Enemies
-4 Tough Bosses
-Weapon and Speed Upgrades
-3 Difficulty Levels

Hostile Territory (previously called 'Jihad') is an arcade/adventure game that represents The unProfessional's first attempt at a complete Xbox title. The game is designed to be a free, fun, multiplayer homebrew game for everyone to enjoy.
We all loved bomberman, didn't we? Well if you say no, you probably never played them... because they @#$&& rock.
Jihad involves two teams... namely Team Collective and Team Jihad. To avoid too much political crossover between the game and current events, we selected such names (Tentative, of course) =]
The two teams battle it out in an arcade-style tank simulation with all the usual goodies such as weapon power-ups, mutual enemies, and even small quests.
Multiplayer will most likely support local play. More importantly, I will be creating a PC-based server and an authorative server list to create an XBox Live-style community for the game... only free. It's alot to do, so hold your horses :)
I hope this is the homebrew game that sets the bar for amateur game programmers all over the Xbox scene.
A port of the classic PC game to Xbox.
You're a cute little bunny and you have to avoid the other bunnies from stomping on you and at the same time try to stomp as many opponents as possible. Jump & bump is multiplayer only with up to four players simultaneously. Gather the local crew and have a blast.

Kill Everything That Moves (or KETMX for short) is a sprite based top scrolling shooter, with pre-rendered 3D graphics. (much in the mould of Xenon, or Radiant Silvergun). The game looks very impressive, and is even in this early stage of development quite addictive.

Quake 2X is a PC port of Quake 2 to our wonderful Xbox. :)
Quake2X-LE - Quake2 for Xbox Lantus Edition. This is Quake2 for Xbox consoles ported from Quake2Forge sources. The distribution comes with the shareware PAK file to get you started.
Repi already ported Quake2 over 2 years ago. However I felt there were some things missing in his port so I decided to make my own. Repi's port contains hardware rendered graphics, which look far superior to Quake2x-LE which uses SDL based software renderer. The choice is yours.
This is the Quake 3: Arena game engine ported to run on the Xbox.
So what does it do?
As it stands now it will let you play the single player game portion of Quake 3: Arena. You should also be able to play on a network and over the internet, against other Xbox players as well as people running Quake 3 for the pc. For internet play you will require a valid CD key from the pc version of Quake 3.
It also has the ability to load and run some of the many mods available for Quake 3.
But please be aware, there are some mods that will run fine whilst others won't run at all. Unfortunately this is due to limitations in the Xbox hardware (basically it's a very tight squeeze trying to get Quake 3 to run at all using 64MB). I have not tested many mods, really I've done nothing more than try a couple to make sure that the mod loading process is working properly.
If you intend to try running any mods I strongly suggest a usb keyboard and/or mouse be attached to the xbox. Without them it may prove very difficult, even impossible, to navigate through the mod's interface and get a game running. This is because none of the mods available will be setup to work properly with the xbox controller.
If any mod authors do wish to make their mods compatible with this port then please drop me a line and I can let you know what (simple) changes are needed.

Star Wars is our first homebrew game by Team AfterShock, it supports a short story mode, and a death match of up to 4 humans and up to 8 players (bots).
This is a port of the game Starfighter which is a really slick/polished 2D shooter that includes an upgrade system.
This game requires a video mode of 800x600 - which the XBox cannot do natively. Therefore the graphics are shrunk to 640x480. When this happened, the already small font used in the game became an alien language. I had to make a new (bigger) font which resulted in some cropping in certain parts of the game. If reading all of the parts of the story is important to you, you can check out the data files in the DATA directory. They're all human-readable. You'll probably want to have a copy of the "SHOP.DAT" file handy since most of the prices in the shops are cut off.
Stepmania is a rhythm game. Arrows pointing in different directions scroll up from the bottom of the screen and the player must hit the corresponding button in time to the music. The game can be played with your hands using the keyboard, but the real fun comes when using a sensor-laden "dance pad". StepMania has Game Modes similar to Konami's Dance Dance Revolution and Andamiro's Pump It Up, Amuseworld's EZ2Dancer, and Konami's Para Para Paradise.
A port of the SDL Super Mario War, this game is a stomp-battle multiplayer that resembles Super Mario 3 sprites/scenery.

- Comes with the leveleditor - you can create your own maps
- The whole source code of the game is available
- Based on the jnrdev #2 tutorial example
- uses SDL+SDL_Mixer and is fully portable to windows, linux, ...
- CPU Players
- a whole bunch of game modes (featuring GetTheChicken, Domination, and and and)
This quite simply, is a video poker game based on Double Double Bonus Poker.
It was written for my personal bar setup and a custom controller with big buttons in a line, like a real video poker machine. Playing on a regular controller is a bit odd at first, but isn't too bad once you get the hang of it.
