Some New Halo 2 Pictures
>> From bungie.net
[QUOTE]
Yup. This one's another multiplayer shot, taken at high resolution (for your edification) from a relatively recent build of the game. It's the same shot featured in a number of print video game magazines on sale and in subscribers' hands, right about now. As you can see by clicking HERE, there's a lot going on. The shot was taken in Slayer mode, and not all the graphical features are turned on, but this is pretty representative, we think. Seriously, go CHECK IT OUT

>> From LeGueux of gueux.net:
[QUOTE]
As you know it, XBMC manages the python language (some scripts are provided with).
alx5962, member of our site, have developed several scripts making it possible to make XBMC even more interactive:
- a bitorrent client
- Google news in several languages
- Start XBMC in music
... etc.
A Web page was created in order to recover the many updates carried out
and to consult the news scripts.
This page is in French but certain informations are translated into English.
Moreover some scripts have an English documentation.

Blox System by Oblox2003
>> From readme:
[QUOTE]
About
-----
So what is the Blox system all about?
It's a methodology of installation all apps emulators dashboards are stored in game saves
I think you understand the benefits of this already.
It's a way for everyone to easily install applications and add extra functionality to their Xbox.

Benefits
--------
Well after hearing so many cries of how do I install setup etc. I stopped to think why not create a set pattern for all the people out there who don't have time to read through tonnes of readme's.
1) There gamesaves once on the Xbox you can copy them time and time again to other memory cards, yup you read correct once on one Xbox no pc is needed, simply a memory card to copy them over to the next
2) Gamesaves again all deletable from the retail console Dashboard under the memory section
3) Thanks to the app Madhouse and The Joker made the dashboards are interchangable to the point that the first one copied over to the xbox is the one that you will boot up to.
You like Avalaunch(info) best copy that over first :)
Please always remember that you cannot play on Live without a retail disc.
Some of you have old setups where your system was installed abit strangely this (and a dashboard update for the modchip users out there should let you get back onto live! I maybe making an easy system here but we have to still support the makers, no console or no games = no fun)

Xenium Clones
>> From ozxodus.com
[QUOTE]
Well they are finally out. The clones have hit the market and many people are already speculating, gambling and arguing over them. Our stance is very clear and very concise. We have warned all consumers and re-sellers alike when we first heard of this. BE CAREFUL! DO NOT BUY THEM! WE WILL NOT SUPPORT THEM! It is pretty clean and clear cut as far as we are concerned. We will not get into a war about whether they are worth it, whether they are as good as originals etc. All we say is that we are very very clear that ORIGINAL Xenuim chips are tested and come with a guarantee should they not work. The clones DO NOT. We will update this site soon with pictures of both products pointing out the physical differences to all of you so that you can tell immediately what you are buying.

We take our name and reputation very seriously and will not allow anyone to defame us in any way whatsoever. Our duty is to protect you, the consumer, from losing your money and faith in our products. We urge you to take this warning seriously and report to us any suspicious sites that deal in these products. We will be keeping an updated report on our site of all "legitimate" Xenium stockists and "fake" stockists. If in doubt ask us we will gladly assist.

tHc LITE
>> From xboxdash.net:
[QUOTE]
Ladies and Gentlemen, it is with great joy I announce unto you: tHc LITE
tHc LITE is a stripped down version of tHc, but with brandspanking new features to make it far more enjoyable and easy to use.
Key Features include:
**Incredably Easy Skinning.
Its now possible to switch from one skin to another without changing xips etc., and add skins without any manual editing!
**New config.xbx file
Due to popular demand, Config Mode (which many people had problems with) has been replaced with an incredably simple and functional .xbx file, for editing from your pc
**All other features from the 12/27 patch, but without the bugs. Playlists etc...

Well, as if, after the announcment of tHc LITE and the imminent release, you thought life couldn't get any better didn't you?
WRONG.
CrackinXP posted in the chatbox this lovely, heart-warming message:
"GOOD NEWS ALL, I got a new dvd drive FINALY!, and the work on the thc auto installer is back under way, it will be done soon now that I can test it out with my new samsung drive"
tHc autoinstaller soon! And almost certanly LITE support!

It’s finally been found
Yes, you heard right, the memory leak has been located and fixed.
We would like to thank everyone that helped us track down this bug and to show our gratitude we will be sending two Xenium’s to the person that fixed the major bug (but seriously, all help was very appreciated but we have to set a limit), we will be in touch soon.
Now we can have neXgen(info) running without a reduction in memory it will be possible to enable our new features in our next release (3 hours idle and not a single 4k loss). Updated source and build will be released in the near future.

Mxm Logo Contest Winner
>> YUYU: First of all Thank You to all the people who took time to enter the contest. It really made for alot of great entries making their way into the contest. Also, Thank You to all of you who voted in the two rounds of the contest, it was great that BenJeremy allowed me to run the contest as a public vote, which since it is open source, I thought it was fitting that the public gets to vote for the new logo, and I guess BenJeremy shared these views. Once again Thank You to the contest sponsors OzXodus and XboxChips. I would also like to extend a Thank You to KoldFuzion and the folks over at AllXboxSkins without them, the contest never could have run as smoothly as it did. Ok so on with the results.....
