UK PS3 and 360 Sales Finely Balanced

As reported by MCV, ChartTrack statistics show that PS3 and Xbox 360 sales for the first 38 weeks of 2007 are almost identical.
Importantly though, 55 percent of all PS3s sold were shifted during the console's first 4 weeks in stores. Contrastingly, the Xbox 360 is still benefiting from a recent price cut and the introduction of a new model, having outsold the PS3 week-on-week since the Elite was launched in August.
