MS PR Blog Confirms: No Ban for Playing Halo3 Early

Of course they are talking about original Halo3 discs here. As Halo3 is out there in the wild as well now, playing it off a DVD+-DL is against their EULA (and illegal if you don't own the original) and might get you banned if they can and want to detect it.
