PlayStation3 Unveiled
>> Sony unveiled their next generation PlayStation 3 console in Culver City.
The PS3, unlike what some recent rumors suggested, will not be in stores this year. Sony confirmed the console for 2006, without any specifc season or month for now (probably Spring 2006 for Japan). The PS3 will be fully backward compatible with PlayStation and PlayStation2 games and there will be PSP connectivity (via WiFi) that will allow you to remote access your PS3 or use your PSP as controller. Full HW specs of PS3 are below.
