Auto-Installer Deluxe v3.0

Here is the final version of Auto-Installer Deluxe. This version mainly is just a compliation of the original AID 2.0 (with the 2.02 Update patch) and some newer releases.
This time around I've even included a new dashboard (AnodX) and also a custom 128mb version of MAME (for all you DreamX freaks out there). I've also finalised Softmod Installer Deluxe 3 Lite (SID 3 Lite) which is also in the installer.
Why have I decided to call this version a final? Mainly because I don't really see much point in bringing out another installer until the new console, everything that you would want to install on your Xbox is here, and in it's most up-to-date versions.
What's new/fixed:
