XboxMediaCenter (XBMC) 2007-03-12 SVN rev8103 build - T3CH
>> T3CH released a new SVN compile (rev8103) of XboxMediaCenter(info) for Xbox1. This T3CH-compile is a complete snapshot of what is in SVN at the time the build was compiled, with just a few small additions.
Special Notes and Noteworthy/XML/Script changes: * Cool stuff, XBMC now support changing Timezone, even the new DST system US just started using. * I'm including a package of "Picture Icons" for use with new TuxBox Client, see _tools/PictureIcon.rar. * There's no new mplayer TEST version since my last build, but you can still report issues with old TEST here It's located in the TEST subfolder, simply replace the 2 files in XBMC/system/players/mplayer/ if you want to help Team XBMC test it. * I've also tweaked the win32 run_me_first.bat so it runs and then unmounts the virtual drives when you exit. * I'm also including the XBMC Win32 PC environment.exe that is meant for skinners & python developers, read more about the concept here. It was built using Microsoft DirectX Summer 2004 SDK.
Here's the added stuff since the 2007-03-04 SVN Rev8014 Build: * added: another dual episode naming convetion fixed: issue with progressbar during episode scans. * added: (somewhat hackish) support for two part episode files. * added : PM3 wide Icon view types to Video Library for the new TV database * added: Advanced settings for http proxy username/pass (<httpproxyusername> and <httpproxypassword>) * added: error number translation for read/seek failures in samba protocol. * added: you can now set default timezone for regions. * added: Xbox Timezone setting support, with new US DST dates. * added: culturalia.net spanish movie scraper (thanks to jurrabi) * added: initial tvshow support. * added: setAnimations() method to python. (This allows python scripts to be animated like the skins. Thanks to Asteron who made it work properly also nano- and cptspiff) You pass a list of tuples for each animation. You must pass them all at once, any subsequent call to setAnimations() clears the previous ones. Attributes are separated by spaces. eg self.button.setAnimations( [ ("event", "attr=value attr2=value",),("event2", "attr=value attr2=value",) ] ) * added: setVisibleCondition() to python. This allow XBMC to take care of a controls visibility. * added: xbmcgui.getCurrentWindowDialogID() method to python. changed: xbmc.getCondVisibility() method now passes the current active window or windowdialog id. (Fixes Control.HasFocus() condition in python) Thanks jmarshall again. For the full changelog (fixed/changed/updated stuff) click here.
Keep in mind this is a SVN snapshot of the current development tree. It's not an official (stable) point release. Use only if you know what you are doing.
