Datel Xbox 360 Transfer Kit
>> These are pictures of the Xbox 360 Transfer Kit that will be released soon by Datel at an expected retail price around $14.99. It allows to easily connect an Xbox 360 memorycard to a PC USB port for those who don't want to mod the memcard themselves (see how here or here).
The device comes with software called Xchange360 ... that (at this moment) can only backup and restore the whole memory card image (basicly a GUI version of Xbox Dumper(info)). You'll need to use homebrew software like Xplorer360(info), wxHdd(info), wxPirs(info) and wxTheme(info) to fully access and modify the files on your memcard.
