I received and overwhelming response accusing me and having the Y-axis inverted in the left stick. For those of you that don't know, the Y axis is up/down and the X axis is left/right. I've corrected that problem and made v0.0.0.4 available. I think I have determined why the driver will not install on non-english Win2k. In fact, I think it has nothing to do with the fact that the version of Win2k is non-English. I think that Windows simply can't match the prod/vendor ID. I have included a test fix in this version.
