This will allow your Xbox 360 Development Kit to connect to a Retail\Jtag Xbox 360
via System Link. It simply runs in the background and handles all the encryption.
It will remain active until you do a "Cold" reboot of your console.
**Tested on and working on XDK Flash version 9199 and 8498**
Instructions
Copy LinkLauncher.xex and DevkitSystemLink.xex on to your devkit hard drive.
Run LinkLauncher.xex, the screen will go black for a second and take you back
the devkit launcher.
It should now be running and you can system link with retails until you
reboot your Xbox
